Cert: Earthing

It is recommended that we Earth ourselves for at least one hour everyday.  Although even thirty minutes has a small benefit to our health & wellbeing.  The longer we can earth ourselves each day, the better. 
Walking barefoot outside directly on the earth, is the best earthing method for us.  However, we are not always able to do that.  This is where indoor earthing comes in, to bridge the gap between us and the earth.

Caution: Earthing and Medication
Earthing 
(External) is known to reduce inflammation, thin the blood, regulate blood sugar and influence thyroid function.
