Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, please provide us with a minimum of two days notice.  This enables us to try re-fill the slot that was originally reserved for you.  A new appointment can be made, if you wish. 

For cancellations closer to your reserved slot - or no shows - please see incurred fees that must be paid, below:  

• Less than 48 hours notice = 25% of booked session cost.  Payable via bank transfer, at time of cancellation.

• Less than 24 hours notice = 50% of booked session cost.  Payable via bank transfer, at time of cancellation.

• No shows = 100% of booked session cost.  Payable via bank transfer, on the appointment day.

Late Arrivals

Should you arrive late for your appointment - we will try to accommodate as best that we can.  However, if there is insufficient time remaining for the session to be carried out, 100% of the cost must still be paid.
