Clients will be required to fill out a consultation form and answer questions about their health in order to determine suitability to treatment e.g. if you are likely to experience any allergic reactions or if there is a medical condition which could be viewed as a contraindication to treatment. Depending on the answers, therapy may be refused or a request may be made for either a GP's letter of authorisation or written consent by the client or main carer. However, every effort will be made to offer an alternative, more suitable treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse to carry out a treatment which is felt as not suitable.
